EVE LF334 Product Description (OEM MODEL IS GENUINE 340+ Amp Hours)

The EVE LF334 is a high-capacity prismatic Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4 / LFP) rechargeable cell from EVE Power Co., Ltd. , optimized for demanding power and energy storage applications including electric vehicles, large-scale ESS, and high-rate industrial systems. This is a real model

Capacity and Energy — It provides a nominal capacity of ≥ 334.0 Ah (fresh cell, tested per standard charge/discharge) and nominal energy of ≥ 1075.48 Wh, with a nominal voltage of 3.22 V. This represents a meaningful step up in raw capacity and energy over the earlier MB31 (314 Ah), delivering higher energy density in a similar prismatic footprint (dimensions: 174.0 ± 1.0 mm length × 71.7 ± 0.8 mm thickness under 300 kgf compression at delivery SOC × 207.0 ± 0.5 mm terminal height). Weight is 5,520 g ± 166 g.

C-Rates, Charge/Discharge Performance (key focus areas):

  • Standard Charging: Stepped profile for optimal efficiency and longevity — 1C (334 A) from 0–80% SOC, then 0.8C to 3.5 V, 0.5C to 3.6 V, and 0.1C to 3.65 V (at 25 °C ± 2 °C).
  • Maximum Instantaneous Charge: Up to 2C for 30 seconds (≤ 80% SOC at 25 °C).
  • Standard Discharge: 167 A (0.5C) at 25 °C.
  • Maximum Instantaneous Discharge: Up to 3C for 30 seconds (≥ 30% SOC at 25 °C).

This makes the LF334 significantly more capable for higher-power scenarios and pulse loads compared to the MB31’s more conservative 0.5C continuous rating. It also supports a wide operating temperature range (charge: –10 °C to 65 °C; discharge: –35 °C to 65 °C).

Cycle Life — Rated for 4000 cycles to 80% SOH at 25 °C and 2000 cycles at 45 °C (using staged charging to maintain consistent charge duration as capacity fades). It includes detailed pretreatment, clamping, and expansion-force management protocols for module/pack integration.

Other Highlights — Low internal resistance (initial ACR 0.18 mΩ ± 0.05 mΩ; DCR ≤ 1.2 mΩ), robust safety performance (passes over-discharge, over-charge, external short, heating, thermal cycling, and crush tests per relevant GB standards), and comprehensive application guidelines (welding parameters, module design recommendations, thermodynamic data, storage/handling precautions).

Overall, the LF334 is positioned as a higher-capacity, higher-power variant ideal for applications requiring greater Ah throughput and faster charge/discharge capability while maintaining excellent LFP safety and longevity characteristics. It builds on the strengths of earlier cells like the MB31 but with enhanced energy and rate performance.

LITHIUM IRON PHOSPHASE CELLS FOR TESTING/INDUSTRIAL USES

TO MEET REGULATIONS IN QLD :  THIS IS NOT FOR NON PROFESSIONAL DIY BATTERY PACK BUILDING FOR RESIDENTIAL/SMALL BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL USE, unless designed to meet all appropriate standards and completed by a licensed experienced electrical professional, such as a qualified electrician who holds an engineering level knowledge of lithium battery pack deisgn and production.

TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE & SAFETY NOTICE (QLD)

1. Nature of Sale: These items (LiFePO4 Cells / BMS / Busbars) are sold strictly as industrial components and do not constitute a “Pre-assembled Battery System” as defined by AS/NZS 5139. By purchasing these components, the buyer acknowledges they are assuming the role of the System Designer and Manufacturer.

2. Licensed Installation Requirement: Under the Electrical Safety Act 2002 (QLD), any assembly of these components into a fixed energy storage system (e.g., home off-grid, backup, or grid-tied) is classified as Electrical Work. This work MUST be performed by a QLD Licensed Electrician with appropriate experience in battery storage (AS/NZS 5139 compliance).

3. Certification & Compliance: * Cells: Accompanied by IEC 62619, UN38.3, and MSDS documentation (available upon request).

  • System: The final assembly is the responsibility of the installer to verify that the final build meets AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 5139 standards.

4. Limitation of Liability: Lifepo4 Australia (the Supplier) provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the safety or performance of the final user-assembled system. We are not liable for property damage, personal injury, or fire resulting from:

  • Incorrect cell compression or busbar torque settings.

  • Inappropriate BMS parameter configuration (Voltage/Temperature cut-offs).

  • Failure to install mandatory DC overcurrent protection and isolation.

  • Installation by unlicensed or unqualified persons.

5. Statutory Warning: DIY electrical work in Queensland is illegal and carries penalties of up to $40,000. If DIY work results in serious injury or death, penalties include fines up to $600,000 and/or imprisonment.
