Backup without vague promises
The ESA can form part of a backup-capable design, but backup performance depends on the switchboard, essential circuits, starting currents and the loads expected to operate together. Pumps, air conditioners, compressors and other inductive loads must be assessed before whole-home or extended backup is promised.
