Description

Build your own 12.8V, 314Ah LiFePO4 battery using matched genuine EVE MB31 prismatic cells and a correctly selected JK BMS.

The 4S1P configuration provides approximately 4.02kWh nominal energy for caravan, camper, marine, backup-power and compact off-grid solar projects.

Genuine EVE cells

Each EVE MB31 cell is rated at 3.2V, 314Ah and 1004.8Wh nominal energy. EVE specifies 8,000 cycles to 70% SOH under EVE specified test conditions.

JK smart battery management

The included JK-B2A8S-20P supports this low-voltage LiFePO4 configuration and provides a 200A current rating, 2A active balancing, Bluetooth monitoring and configurable protection settings.

DIY kit notice

This is an unassembled component kit, not a completed or certified drop-in battery. An enclosure, insulated cell restraint, main battery cables, lugs, fuse or circuit breaker, isolator, charger and inverter are not included unless separately stated.

Assembly should only be undertaken by a competent person familiar with high-current DC battery systems. Confirm polarity, use suitable cell restraint and insulation, install DC-rated over-current protection and configure the BMS before commissioning.

Purchased a Deye inverter from LiFePo4 in June 2026. I am pleased to say that the inverter has been running perfectly with no issues for the last 1½ months. It has been installed into an off-grid system on a very recently built granny flat. This inverter was ideal for our situation and was easy to set up. The 2 trackers were very handy as we needed to deal with 2 different sets of strings operating at 2 different voltages. It certainly looks like a very well designed and robust inverter and will hopefully last us many, many years. If and when we need to replace the inverters on the main house, we will certainly be looking at using Deye.
LiFePo4 provided free delivery, which was very quick, arrived in only a couple of days. They sent me an email checking on how we were going with the installation and offered assistance if we needed it. Excellent Company to deal with and I would purchase from them again in future.

Mark and the team have done a great job finding the best solar and battery solution for my house, my parents house, and also friends' houses.
Their batteries are top quality, not like the cheap and nasty ones you find with "special low deals". Best to pay a little extra and get quality products.
Their aftersales service is exceptional with continual support after installation. Mark had provided guidance months after installation to maximise the production of my inverter, and continues to provide valued suggestions even now. 😀

I totally agree with the other 5 star reviews and can highly recommend buying lithium cells from this business. I received my order of 72 automotive MB31 batteries quickly and I am very impressed. All the cells were within 0.01 of a volt so didn’t require balancing or top charging before installing. They are the real deal A+ automotive grade EVE cells as advertised and not B grade rubbish some online sellers are supplying. Mark actually answers the phone if you need to discuss anything before purchasing and is one of the few people I have found selling lithium batteries that actually now’s about how to install and set voltage settings in the BMS’s he sells.
