Detailed site and photo assessment

This second step is for customers seriously considering the Fronius Reserva 15.79kWh package. It gives our own installation team the photos and electrical details needed to check compatibility and prepare a clear written scope.

Phone photos are perfect. Please avoid touching exposed wiring or removing fixed covers: open only the normal switchboard door and photograph what is safely visible.

1. Your details and service area

Use the same email or phone number as your initial enquiry so we can match the two submissions.

Outside our standard travel area

We may still be able to help. Before proceeding we will issue a new quote covering travel time, remote logistics, accommodation where needed, and an allowance for long-distance warranty or return visits. This protects both the customer and the installation team from surprise costs later.

2. Existing Fronius system

This package is designed for an on-grid, three-phase property with a supported Fronius hybrid inverter. If you are unsure, choose “not sure” and make the inverter label photo especially clear.

This package is specifically three-phase. We can still review your enquiry, but a single-phase or uncertain site may need a different design and price.

The advertised package is for an on-grid installation. Off-grid work needs a different system design and a separate quote.

Backup is an optional design item. We will assess the loads, inverter, controller and switchboard work, then quote the suitable backup scope separately.

3. Switchboard, battery location and access

These details help the team identify non-standard work before the installation day.

4. Required photos

Please upload all three groups. Clear phone photos are fine. Step back far enough to show context, then add a close-up where requested. Do not touch exposed wiring or remove fixed electrical covers.
