Your answers and photos go to our own helpful installation team so they can assess phase/controller compatibility, switchboard condition, backup scope, system location and travel before preparing the written quote.

Further away? We may still be able to help, using a new quote that includes additional travel, remote logistics and a realistic long-distance warranty-support allowance.

Allow about 10–15 minutes. Our friendly in-house installers use these details to assess controller/phase compatibility, backup scope, switchboard work, battery clearances, cable route and travel before preparing the written quote.

Safety: use only the normal switchboard door. Never remove fixed electrical covers, approach exposed wiring, climb an unsafe roof or take any photo that puts you at risk.

Contact details are deliberately re-entered rather than exposed in the assessment-link URL. The non-sensitive configuration can be carried from the short form and remains editable.

Further-out customer

We may still be able to help. We will issue a new quote covering travel, remote logistics, accommodation where needed and an allowance for long-distance warranty or return visits before anything proceeds.

2. Grid, existing solar and backup

If you are unsure, say so and make the equipment-label photos especially clear.

The advertised residential offer is on-grid. Off-grid work needs a different design, autonomy/generator assessment and separate quote.

3. Switchboard, system location and access

These details help avoid surprises on installation day and let us identify non-standard electrical or travel scope early.

4. Required photo groups
