AIKO NEOSTAR 3S60 545W All-Black ABC Solar Panel
The AIKO-A545-MCE60Mb is a 545W solar panel from AIKO’s NEOSTAR 3S60 range. Combining N-type All Back Contact (ABC) cells with 24.6% module efficiency under standard test conditions, it delivers high rated power from a panel measuring 1,954 × 1,134 × 30mm.
All Back Contact technology
ABC technology places the electrical contacts behind the cells, leaving more of the front surface available to capture sunlight. The black frame and black backsheet give the module a consistent all-black appearance.
Partial-shading optimisation
AIKO’s partial-shading optimisation helps reduce the wider impact of small, localised shadows, allowing unshaded cells to continue contributing power. Shading still reduces generation, and actual performance depends on the shadow pattern, sunlight, temperature and system design.
545W output in a 30mm frame
The module uses 120 cells, 3.2mm tempered front glass and a black anodised aluminium frame. Each panel weighs approximately 23.2kg and features an IP68-rated junction box, Stäubli MC4 EVO2-series connectors and 1.2m positive and negative leads.
The panel includes a 25-year manufacturer product warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
