Been buying batteries from LIFEPO4 Australia for years, always A grade! Great to deal with. Great after sales support. Recommend highly.

Mark and the team have done a great job finding the best solar and battery solution for my house, my parents house, and also friends' houses.
Their batteries are top quality, not like the cheap and nasty ones you find with "special low deals". Best to pay a little extra and get quality products.
Their aftersales service is exceptional with continual support after installation. Mark had provided guidance months after installation to maximise the production of my inverter, and continues to provide valued suggestions even now. 😀

just received my 30 jinko panels this morning...from initial enquiry to delivery in metro adelaide was 4 days!...on top of that LifePo4 beat the other quotes on price so needless to say I am very happy with the purchase. highly recommend

I can’t speak highly enough of Mark at LiFePo4 Australia – they’ve now saved our motorhome adventure twice!
The latest drama hit when our battery failed mid-trip, leaving us in a power pickle. Even though it was outside business hours, Mark jumped on the phone and organised a replacement battery with lightning-fast turnaround.
This is the second time Mark has gone above and beyond for us – always friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to getting you sorted. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I had an excellent experience buying components to assemble 2 battery packs. Mark is extremely knowledgable about the products he sells. He answered all my questions, prices are excellent, and when there was a potential issue, he went over and above by supplying extra products at no extra cost. Shipping halfway across the country to a rural area took only 3 business days which is insanely fast. I am totally happy with my new batteries and with Mark's excellent customer service. After 10 years of FLA batteries, finally going to lithium technology is heaven. Thanks again Mark. Very happy customer.

Awesome customer service, Mark went above and beyond in sorting my order when we ran into a few snags with it. I would recommend this company to anyone who values good price, service and a great customer experience.

Absolute legend of an owner great 10 star customer service and product and knowledge to match..!!!
Not just a salesman...anything but absolute legendary service and knowledge to suit..

Cells arrived, a bit of a delay. But overall we'll priced and packaged.

Mark knows what he is talking about when it comes to batteries. Great pricing and very helpful too. Just a great experience all round.

I totally agree with the other 5 star reviews and can highly recommend buying lithium cells from this business. I received my order of 72 automotive MB31 batteries quickly and I am very impressed. All the cells were within 0.01 of a volt so didn’t require balancing or top charging before installing. They are the real deal A+ automotive grade EVE cells as advertised and not B grade rubbish some online sellers are supplying. Mark actually answers the phone if you need to discuss anything before purchasing and is one of the few people I have found selling lithium batteries that actually now’s about how to install and set voltage settings in the BMS’s he sells.

Super helpful gentleman. I barely prompted him and he gave me plenty of important and useful information. Best customer service I have had in as long as I can remember.
