DEYE AI1 Stackable Battery System – Single Phase
A compact, modular single-phase solar and battery system for Australian homes, available with 5kW, 6kW, 8kW or 10kW DEYE AI1 hybrid inverter options.
The DEYE AI1 combines a low-voltage hybrid inverter with a floor-mounted AI-W5.1-B LiFePO4 battery stack. Internal blind-mate connections keep the stack neat, while the modular design lets an installer size the system from 5.12kWh to 30.72kWh nominal capacity in a single stack.
This is a system-range listing rather than a one-size-fits-all kit. We will match the inverter, battery quantity, PDU/base, backup arrangement, solar input and protection equipment to the property before confirming a final supplied or installed price.
Why choose the DEYE AI1?
- One coordinated platform: DEYE inverter, PDU and AI-W5.1-B battery modules are designed to work together.
- Scalable storage: two to six 5.12kWh modules provide 10.24kWh to 30.72kWh nominal energy per stack.
- Fast backup response: the series brochure specifies a 4ms switching time when correctly designed and commissioned.
- Smart energy control: supports self-consumption, time-of-use operation, peak shaving, smart load, generator input and AC coupling.
- Indoor or sheltered outdoor installation: IP65 after stacking. The manuals still require protection from direct sun, direct rain and unsuitable environments.
- Long-life LFP battery: 90% recommended depth of discharge, at least 6,000 cycles under the stated test conditions, and a 10-year product warranty subject to DEYE terms.

Not automatically included: solar panels, site-specific switchboard work, backup circuits, gateway/meter options, freight, installation, network applications and other balance-of-system items unless shown in your written quote.
Installation and approvals
Battery quantity, usable backup power, PV string design, phase configuration, generator integration, clearances and protection must be confirmed by a suitably qualified designer and installer. CEC and STC eligibility is subject to approval.
The battery stack is heavy: each battery module is 53kg.
