Description
Designed for off-grid, backup, marine, mobile and hybrid energy systems, it uses PowerControl and PowerAssist to manage limited grid or generator input and supplement it with battery power when loads rise. It can be integrated with a compatible Victron GX device when remote monitoring, VRM access or more advanced system control is required.
Key features
- Reliable AC power: 6 kW at 25°C continuous output with 11 kW for 1 minute peak capability.
- Fast battery charging: adaptive charger rated at 100 A at 25°C.
- PowerAssist: helps prevent overload of a limited grid, shore-power or generator connection.
- UPS-style transfer: transfer time under 20 ms helps keep supported loads operating through an AC source interruption.
- Scalable design: supports compatible parallel and three-phase configurations.
- Flexible monitoring: supports VE.Bus integration and compatible external Victron GX devices.
- Battery compatibility: suitable for correctly configured lithium, lead-acid, zinc-bromine and other supported chemistries.
Suitable applications
- 48V off-grid homes, cabins and workshops
- Solar and battery backup systems
- Marine, RV and mobile power installations
- Commercial or remote sites requiring dependable 230V AC power
System design, battery settings, cable sizing and electrical protection must be confirmed by a suitably qualified installer.
