12V EVE MB56 628Ah LiFePO4 Battery Kit with JK BMS
Build a high-capacity 12.8V-class battery using four EVE MB56 628Ah prismatic LiFePO4 cells in a 4S1P configuration. The pack provides 628Ah nominal capacity and approximately 8.04kWh nominal energy.
EVE MB56 cells
Each cell is rated at 3.2V, 628Ah and 2,009.6Wh nominal energy. EVE specifies 8,000 cycles to 70% state of health under its stated 25°C, 0.5P charge and discharge test conditions. Actual service life depends on operating temperature, charge settings, depth of discharge, current, cell balance and system design. Cycle-test results are not a guaranteed calendar lifespan.
The cells’ standard 0.5P power corresponds to approximately 314A at nominal cell voltage. The included BMS is rated for 300A continuous discharge, so the BMS sets the kit’s continuous discharge limit. Wiring, busbars, fuses, terminals and connected equipment may impose lower limits.
JK smart BMS
The included JK-B2A8S30P is a smart BMS suitable for a 4S LiFePO4 pack. It supports 4S–8S configurations and includes Bluetooth monitoring and 2A active balancing. In this kit, it is configured for 4S, 12V-class operation.

- Cell interconnect busbars and terminal hardware for the supplied cell batch

Important DIY kit information
This is an unassembled component kit, not a completed, certified or drop-in battery. Unless separately listed, the kit does not include an enclosure, insulated cell restraint, main battery cables, lugs, fuse or circuit breaker, isolator, charger or inverter.
Assembly and commissioning should be undertaken by a competent person familiar with high-current DC battery systems. Follow the EVE cell and JK BMS manuals, verify polarity and BMS settings, use suitable cell restraint and insulation, and install appropriately rated DC protection. Configure charging equipment and BMS protections to suit the cell specification and the exact BMS supplied.
