Technical support and remote configuration
This service provides up to 60 minutes of advanced technical assistance, including remote configuration where the equipment and access method support it. It is intended for more involved setup, communications and configuration work.
Suitable for
- Guided remote configuration of supported BMS, inverter, charger or monitoring equipment
- Reviewing battery parameters and communications settings
- Troubleshooting device communications and commissioning issues
- Screen-sharing or supported remote portal sessions
- Complex DIY, mixed-brand or third-party equipment questions
Before the session
- The system must be safely installed, powered and accessible.
- You must provide model numbers, manuals, current settings, screenshots and a clear description of the required outcome.
- You are responsible for arranging any required remote access and being present at the equipment.
Not included
- Electrical installation, rewiring, certification or engineering sign-off
- On-site work or emergency support
- Bypassing manufacturer protections, safety settings or legal requirements
- A guarantee that incompatible, damaged or undocumented equipment can be made to work
Please note: The fee covers up to 60 minutes of professional time. If more work is required, an additional session may need to be purchased. Work that legally requires a licensed electrician must be completed by one.
