We will hold spare parts, onsite at your place of business, 2 x cells and 1 x BMS to ensure you have maximum uptime.
1. you must agree to nominating an employee at your company to maintain the battery if required such as change over of parts like cells or BMS during the 6 year warranty period)
2. Work on low voltage electrical and batteries requires a suitably qualified person. They do not need to be A Grade electricians, however they should hold relevant experience and certifications and be comfortable with under 60VDC battery repairs.
