Lithium iron phosphate cells and an IP66-rated enclosure provide a durable foundation for home energy storage.

  • Battery management: an embedded BMS monitors and protects each pack.
  • Built-in protection: each pack contains an active aerosol fire protection module.
  • Thermal management: heating in cold conditions and active air cooling help manage battery temperature.

Nominal charge and discharge power is 4.1kW per module. System output depends on the inverter, battery configuration and operating conditions.

The modular OCEAN 2 platform gives your installer flexibility to plan the right amount of storage for your household. Additional modules can support changing energy needs, subject to the limits of your approved system.

Use stored solar through the evening and view battery status through the EcoFlow app in a compatible, commissioned system. Your installer will confirm the inverter, firmware, battery combination and accessories required.

This component is supplied separately from the inverter, base, other system accessories and installation. It requires a compatible EcoFlow system and professional installation.

Warranty & buying guidance

The 8kWh module has a 10-year base manufacturer warranty, with an optional five-year extension under EcoFlow’s applicable terms. The extension is not included automatically.

Purchased a Deye inverter from LiFePo4 in June 2026. I am pleased to say that the inverter has been running perfectly with no issues for the last 1½ months. It has been installed into an off-grid system on a very recently built granny flat. This inverter was ideal for our situation and was easy to set up. The 2 trackers were very handy as we needed to deal with 2 different sets of strings operating at 2 different voltages. It certainly looks like a very well designed and robust inverter and will hopefully last us many, many years. If and when we need to replace the inverters on the main house, we will certainly be looking at using Deye.
LiFePo4 provided free delivery, which was very quick, arrived in only a couple of days. They sent me an email checking on how we were going with the installation and offered assistance if we needed it. Excellent Company to deal with and I would purchase from them again in future.

I totally agree with the other 5 star reviews and can highly recommend buying lithium cells from this business. I received my order of 72 automotive MB31 batteries quickly and I am very impressed. All the cells were within 0.01 of a volt so didn’t require balancing or top charging before installing. They are the real deal A+ automotive grade EVE cells as advertised and not B grade rubbish some online sellers are supplying. Mark actually answers the phone if you need to discuss anything before purchasing and is one of the few people I have found selling lithium batteries that actually now’s about how to install and set voltage settings in the BMS’s he sells.
