The 5 year option is by far the most popular, it balances the costs of warranty and business real costs, with the risk.

This is for the customers who really dont want to worry about anything and want to make sure there purchases are fully covered in the event of any failures down the track, this is recommened for those people who dont have any technical experience, and dont have time to think about that kind of thing.
If the battery does fail, we will work with these customers to replace any faulty cells, or BMS or Circuit breakers to ensure the battery makes it past the 10 years warranty period.
