1. Price & Inclusions

• All-inclusive fixed price of $13,999 AUD, including:
    – Supply & installation of DEYE 10 kW hybrid inverter (single‑phase,  3 MPPT)
    – 3 × RUIXU 16 kWh  approx. usable 48 kWh
    – Standard installation (as below)
    – Clean Energy Council compliance, certificate of electrical safety (CESM), retail/district network meter application fees, and generator auto‑start wiring.

• GST is included; adjust STC or Cheaper Home Batteries rebates assumed—but only payable where eligibility is confirmed. Prices are based on assignment of STCs and rebates as per usual installer practice.


2. Standard Installation Definition (“eligible houses”)

Our quoted price applies only if your property meets these criteria (identical to the “standard installation” definition used by reputable retailers

  • Single‑phase premises, suburban house built post‑1990, with main switchboard within 3 m of the inverter battery location.

  • At least 2 spare poles in the switchboard for installation of solar and ESS circuit breakers, no main switchboard upgrade required.

  • Inverter and battery mounted at ground level or single‑storey roof, within 5 m of switchboard, no scaffolding needed.

  • No multi‑phase, no three‑phase, no secondary sub‑board, no separate metering, and no network‑level strengthening required.

  • Provision of suitable Ethernet or 4G router nearby in case of optional VPP/monitoring needs.

  • Usual cable routing (up to 10 m) through existing openings, within the home’s weather envelope.


3. Excluded from the $13,999 Price

Any of the following non‑standard items will require a separate quote, not covered in the standard price:

  • Switchboard and Main Electrical Upgrade: ceramic fuseboards, <2 spare poles, asbestos board, no safety switches.

  • Meter Upgrade / Bi‑directional Meter Changeover: if your retailer or network requires a new smart import/export meter, this cost is billed through your electricity provider—typically $200–$700 depending on single‑phase vs three‑phase and distributor

  • Excess cable runs or drilling into tiles/steel/concrete, rooftop reinforcement, tree removal, scaffold hire over 3m, travel fee beyond 10 km radius.

  • Multiple phase loads or more than 2 backup circuits, automatic switch panels or transfer switchworks, or any civil/structural engineering reports.

  • Grid connection application beyond standard network threshold, low-voltage ‘AES/DPV’ grants or augmentation beyond typical hosting capacity.

  • Council, strata or heritage approval, crane or extended roof access fees.

  • Generator test & tagging or third‑party integration beyond the standard auto‑start wiring.


4. Site Conditions & Assumptions

  • Standard roof access (no need for thermal imaging, WELD scans, or asbestos site lockout).

  • Clean, level earth or solid surface for battery/inverter; no internal remediation.

  • Adequate shading levels; no roof‑truss alterations, no lagging to remove.

  • No permits required; minor roof-loc supports only (no signwriting, fire-rating, or wall-penetration penetrations beyond permited service lines).

If site conditions differ, we may generate a variation proposal—otherwise the work proceeds under standard terms.


5. Payment & Scheduling

  • Full payment is payable on quote acceptance.

  • Any additional items is due 7 calendar days prior to installation.

  • Installation typically takes less than 1 day inside, 1–2 days outside, depending on site complexity.

  • A final check install site review will be performed to confirm standard‑install status; any variations must be actioned before delivery to maintain price.

  • The current expected installation timeframe is 2-3 months, and each passing day this could extend if demand increases

6. Warranty & Compliance

  • All work is performed by Clean Energy Council–accredited installers, in adherence to AS/NZS 3000 & 5139 wiring rules.

  • 10-year manufacturer warranty on inverter and batteries, plus 10-year workmanship guarantee.

  • Certificate of Electrical Safety (CEC) issued on completion.


7. Cancellation & Variation Policy

  • Cancellation is permitted prior to dispatch with full refund less 5% administration fee.

  • Once hardware is issued to the warehouse, cancellations incur 20 % restocking fee.

  • Any variation (e.g., switchboard upgrade, scaffolding, meter change, cable runs, travel beyond 10 km) will be quoted separately, agreed in writing, and billed on completion or with final invoice.


8. Rebates & Ownership

  • The federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program rebate (formerly STCs) is included only if the customer cooperates with the rebate documentation process and we receive assignment acceptance from the STC clearing-house. If you withdraw the STC assignment, a surcharge up to $800 will apply.

  • System ownership transfers fully to you upon final payment receipt.
