Change of Mind

  • We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
  • Please choose your products carefully and contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions or concerns about compatibility or suitability.
  • If a return for change of mind is approved, the item must be returned in its original, unused, and sealed condition. A restocking fee may apply. This will depend on the product, though it would usually be between 20% and 30%. to cover the high cost assosiated with our niche. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty or Defective Products

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is found to be:

  • Faulty,
  • Unsafe,
  • Significantly different from the description or sample provided, or
  • Not fit for its intended purpose.

If you believe your item meets these criteria:

  2. Provide photos or videos (if applicable) to help us assess the fault.

If a fault is confirmed:

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the nature of the fault.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us for confirmed faulty items.

Warranty Claims

  • Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty details, including coverage and exclusions, are provided with the product or can be found on our website.
  • For warranty claims, please contact us with proof of purchase, and we will guide you through the process.

Returns Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a return.
  2. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  3. If applicable, include proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.

Exclusions

Returns or refunds will not be provided for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
  • Products that have been modified or altered.
  • Consumable items like cables, connectors, or packaging materials unless faulty.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty items (e.g., warranty claims or exchanges).
  • We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure the safe return of items.
  • * In most cases we will work with you to repair our large batteries onsite with the supply of cells or BMS or other defective parts. This is most commonly the fastest and easiest method for warranty repair of our Batteries.

Timeframes

  • Refunds will be processed within [14 days] of receiving the returned item and confirming eligibility.
  • Replacement or repair times may vary based on product availability.
