A large number of more affordable batteries can be used fully plug and play and legally with this Inverter, A suitably qualified electrician MUST install this for both ON and OFF grid use. We will not sell this product to anyone DIY or with a mate who is a sparky!

All of our BMS support the Pylontech protocol, however only some can be connected to the grid, as its very expensive to be listed on the CEC list and we only have limited batteries available with CEC approval.

The GoodWe ES G2 Series energy storage inverter can be used for both on-grid and off-grid PV systems for private homes, with the ability to control the flow of energy intelligently. During the day, the PV array generates electricity which can be provided either to the loads, fed into the grid or charge the battery, depending on the economics and set-up. Use the free electricity stored when your PV system is not producing any electricity during the night, to support inductive loads such as air conditioners or refrigerators.
